Balikis Ola Akande, Esq.

Balikis Ola Akande, Esq. was born in the early 1990s into the family of Mr. and Mrs. Akande in Erin-Ile, Kwara State, Nigeria. She began her educational journey at Muslim Primary School, where she obtained her First School Leaving Certificate in 2004.

She proceeded to Oyun Baptist High School, Ijagbo, where she obtained her O’Level Certificate in 2010. Her passion for the legal profession inspired her to study Law at Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, where she earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree in 2018.

Following her university education, she attended the Nigerian Law School and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2020 as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She subsequently undertook her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme at Yusuf Ali & Co., one of the leading law firms in Ilorin, Kwara State, where she served between 2020 and 2021 and gained valuable practical experience in legal practice.

Balikis Ola Akande, Esq. currently works with M.K. AbdulKadir & Co., where she continues to build her career in legal practice with dedication, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.

She is happily married and blessed with children.
